The family and I are going to Tempe, AZ to meet with friend, Cesar Cesareo who is the Associate Director at the Orlando, Florida American Diabetes Association.  We booked a hotel on Hotel Tonight app, which the hubby and I love since you can book right from your phone.  We are looking forward to seeing Cesar since he has done an amazing job with the ADA in Orlando.

Hubby participated in fundraising for Tour de Cure for two years and we were treated like true Champions.  The girls have great memories of the Tour de Cure in Orlando since Cesar made sure that there was a kids area.  Everyone we met always told us of the great time they had riding in the Tour de Cure.  If you ever get a chance to ride for this particular charity, it is an experience.  As a diabetic, I can honestly say that I have benefited from the services of the ADA so I am grateful to everyone who participates.

So now we plan on heading to Tempe and we hope to have a nice dinner with Cesar.  We are also excited because we just got our California King bed which we won’t be able to sleep on until Saturday night.  Oh well.  At least I get to lay on it for a little while and enjoy it next to my sweet Chihuahua Chloe.  Life is good.
